AIDCO International’s SweepStar® - Servus system, a fully automatic, high speed, sweep-style depalletizer/palletizer, uses a combination of mechanical and servo-drive technology to handle bulk cans, glass and PET containers, corrugated cartons and multipurpose packages. Servo's provide increased speed and stability, lower maintenance costs and faster product changeover for increased product flexibility. The infeed or discharge accumulation table is multi-functional and adaptable to be capable of handling different types of bulk containers and corrugated, non-nested cases or trays. SweepStar® can be easily integrated with existing packaging lines - it can be configured inline or 90 degrees to the production line and as a high or low-level system. Speeds are variable from one to seven layers a minute subject to customer supplied samples.
