AIDCO showcased three end-of-line RoboticStar® Robotic Palletizing and Materials Handling System Solutions: 1. Centralized Homogeneous Palletizing for building homogeneous pallets of products received at random from multiple production lines. This innovative technology in the field of supply chain logistics, build-to-order palletizing provides greater efficiencies and cost savings for operations. 2. Randomly Received from Conveyor, Mixed Palletizing-To-Order which interacts is AS/RS or WMS systems to build mixed, layer or rainbow pallets for distribution or warehouse centers. 3. Fast, Flexible Layer Palletizing through a unique patented table, robot and EOAT system is able to palletize 6 layers per minute and handle up to 485 lbs of bulk or case product to Packaging Production lines
AIDCO introduced its new, patent-pending Palligistics™ “intelligent palletizing logistics” work cell concept for creating mixed, display, rainbow and re-palletized pallets from pre-formed homogeneous pallets of products or from product carried directly to it by conveying systems. Utilizing a multi-functional, flexible AIDCO Model GripStar CFVC 200 tool, an AIDCO Model FlowStar - Gudel linear slide, as well as operating in tandem with an AIDCO Model SweepStar® SHHL 600 Case Palletizer, the system traversed between six homogeneous or mixed pallets to create mixed and layer pallets of product.
AIDCO introduced the RoboticStar KR 240 PA HF “Heavy/Fast” robotic case palletizer, with the fastest throughput and heaviest payload capacity in class. Utilizing a multi-functional, flexible AIDCO GripStar VP 20 tool, and operating in tandem with an AIDCO SweepStar® SHHL bulk can depalletizer, the work-cell palletized corrugated cases; depalletized and palletized trays; and uncased, case and depalletized and palletized PET containers. In addition, a KR 16 PA demonstrated its ability to pick and place various products with its multi-functional vacuum plate end-of-arm tool (EOAT).  |
